I am [Name], a final-year [degree] student at [college]. I enjoy [your main area]. During my [project or internship], I [one specific thing you did and the result], which taught me [skill]. I am now looking for a role like this one at [company], where I can apply [skill] and keep learning.
πͺWhat is your biggest weakness?
They test honesty. Pick a real, small weakness and show you are fixing it.
β οΈ "I am a perfectionist" and "I work too hard" are the two most overused answers. Skip them.
π€ Sample answer
I used to hesitate before speaking up in groups, because I wanted to be completely sure first. I have been working on it by [specific action, such as presenting in class]. Last [semester] I [small result], and it is getting easier.
πΌWhy should we hire you?
Your pitch. Pick the two skills the job description repeats most and prove each one.
β οΈ "I am hardworking and a quick learner" with no proof sounds like everyone else.

You need someone who can [skill 1] and [skill 2]. For [skill 1], I [proof]. For [skill 2], I [proof]. I also take feedback well, so I would be productive quickly and keep improving.
βTell me about a time you faced a problem
STAR: spend most of your time on Action, because that is what they are judging.
